Care Navigation Part Two ( Mop Up)

We continue to build on the tools and techniques we uncovered in part one. Building the confidence and patient centred approach to make navigation a success. We examine a useful and unique questioning strategy which has been specially developed for receptionists in general practice. We move forward to begin personalising a navigation script for our own practice. The trainer will also address and include any areas raised from the feedback after part one.

We will also share all the tools and examples to support receptionist decision making and pathways for navigation by email as soon as part two is completed – these can be personalised by the practice for their own use. After part two a certificate of completion will also be emailed for each practice so we encourage the same staff to attend part two who completed part one.
